Payments are managed and processed by PayPal and Xpozai. Payment must be fore filled during ordering process. If you pay with PayPal please be aware that your address matches your PayPal address, as this is were the parcel will be sent to.                                               

If you pay by bank transfer you will receive an email from info@xpozai.com with the payment data needed for the transfer and information concerning the gathering of your data/ address for postage of your order.                                                                                                

The products will only be shipped after the full payment has been credited to Xpozai/ Judith Lehthaus.

The prices that apply are the prices at time of the placement of the order. All prices include the lawfully dutch VAT and exclude the cost for shipment, which will be listed separately on the order.

For Belgium, Denmark(excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, France(incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy(excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain( incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands), United Kingdom( excl. Gibraltar, Guernsey and Jersey), Sweden Xpozai charges 14,65 EUR per order. The estimated time for delivery given by PostNL is 5 working days.                                                                                                                 

For Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal( incl. Azores and Madeira), Rumania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic Xpozai charges 20,15 EUR per order. The estimated time for delivery given by PostNL is 7 working days.                                                                                                                             

For Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Croatia, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, malta, Moldavia, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, San marino, Serbia, Turkey, Vatican City, White Russia, Swiss Xpozai charges 20,95 EUR per order. The estimated time for delivery given by PostNL is 12 working days.                                                                     

For all other countries and Russia Xpozai charges 25,95 EUR per order. The estimated time for delivery given by PostNL is 15 working days.

Xpozai sends her products with PostNL. All products are sent by registered mail, therefore each parcel is insured up to 500 EUR and the costumer can use the track & trace number to follow the parcel( be aware this function does not work in all countries). The customer will receive the track and trace number by Xpozai( if you have not received the track and trace number, please check your junk/ spam folder in your e-mail account, for any e-mails from info@xpozai.com).     

The delivery times that stand noted are not binding and fall outside the responsibility of PostNL or Xpozai. Once registered and send Xpozai can not be held liable for time/ moment of delivery. The noted delivery times are merely meant as an indication.

Thereafter it is important that you document the damages of the parcel/ product by photography and that you supply me with these photos within 7 days as that we can claim insurance. Buyers/ customers within the European Union have the right to return/ annul their buys within 14 days after receiving them. This right does not apply to the following products: products that were made on the buyers/ customers demand, custom made/ made to fit products or products that have been personalized to the buyers/ costumers wishes.

Already manufactured products can be returned, provided that they are unused and undamaged. 

If a product has been worn or/ and damaged the costs that have to be made to restore, clean or/ and repair the product will be at the buyers/ customers expense. A bill will be charged to cover the costs.

The products are to be returned within 14 days after receiving them. Please use the return-form that was delivered together with the parcel, the address noted on the return-form is the to be used return address.  

The costs for returning the product will be at the buyers/ customers expense at all times. The payed price of the product excl. shipment costs, excl. custom costs and incl. the dutch VAT will be transferred to your account as soon as possible and latest within 30 days after receiving the return product. Great that you are taking the time to read the Terms and Conditions of my shop. To minimize confusion and disappointments I tried to give a broad as possible explanation below. Never the less, should your specific situation/ problem not be answered by these, than please, no matter what, contact me so that we can come to a mutual satisfying situation.

 

Custom made/ Made to fit/Made to order                                                                                                                                                          

If you place an order, under the heading of custom made/ made to fit/ made to order, than this means the product still has to be made. The pictures that you are looking at online are mere examples and not the ready to go product. Of course I strive to making an exact as possible copy, in this case in your size, which can have the consequence that the product can have minimal differences to the on picture captured product. I reserve myself the right to make these little adjustments to a product, this will not harm the appearance or the quality of the product and can not be seen as a flaw or defect of the product.

It can happen that colors vary due to screen calibration or fabric suppliers( not every dye bath turns out the same therefore color nuances can vary). This does not qualify as a flaw or a defect.

Do you, for which reason what so ever, want to be 100% sure that the color of the product is the color that you have in mind, than please contact me, so that I can send you, against a small charge, a material sample of the fabric.

Further more I would like to point out that all products produced by myself are made with love by hand and therefore small differences are just witnesses of this and are what make them unique.

As the products are custom made to confirm with your size and/ or your personal wish it is not possible to return or to swap them. It is therefor very important to order the right size. Please read the article, taking measure, carefully.

The production of the product you ordered will only start after the full payment has been credited to Xpozai/ Judith Lehthaus.

Already manufactured product

If you place an order, under the heading of already manufactured product( therefore not custom made), it means that the product is already made, the size is set and it is ready to be shipped. In this case you are ordering and receiving the in the picture featured product. I can't give guarantees for the colors of the ordered product, due to screen calibration, colors can vary. What I can guarantee is that the product you order/ receive is the same product that you see displayed in the pictures. To avoid disappointment it is essential that you know your hat size. Be precise in measuring and when in doubt please contact me, before ordering. Please also read the article, taking measure.

Already manufactured products can be returned, provided they have not been worn and are undamaged. If a product has been worn or is damaged, the costs being made to restore, clean or repair it will be at the buyers/ costumers expense, a bill will be charged to cover the costs.

The product needs to be returned within 14 days after receiving it. Please contact Xpozai before returning the product. The on the return form written address is the postage address for the returns, please complete the form before returning. The costs for the return is at all times the buyers/ costumers expense. 

The payed price of the product exclusive shipping costs exclusive any custom costs and inclusive the dutch VAT will be refunded as soon as possible and latest within 30 days after receiving the returned product.

Prices 

All given prices are including the actual lawful dutch VAT rates. Delivery only follows after full payment. All the prices are inclusive the dutch VAT and exclusive shipment costs, which will be listed separately.

Taking measure

To be able to chose the right size it is important to be accurate when measuring your head, ideally you let somebody else do it.

Go to work as follows:

With the help of a soft centimeter, measure around the head, approximately 1cm above the eyebrows and over the biggest part of the back of your head( see picture).

Intellectual Property

All designs are intellectual property of Xpozai/ Judith Lehthaus and remain as these also after selling the product. Buying one of the products excludes the intellectual property. It is not allowed to, in any way, copy and/ or spread/ sell the product as one 'owns'. 

Xpozai/ Judith Lehthaus is therefore free to reproduce in multitude custom made/ made to fit  products.
